Can a custom LP cabinet include both turntable and amplifier space?
Yes, provided the design accounts for a level turntable surface, amplifier ventilation, cable routes and shelf loads. Supply the precise component models or measurements rather than using general terms such as ‘standard amplifier’.
What is the difference between a custom cutting plan and a finished cabinet?
A cutting plan tells a local timber supplier or carpenter which panels to cut; materials, fixings, finishing and assembly remain the customer’s responsibility. A finished custom record cabinet is built and delivered by the maker, usually with a longer lead time and a higher degree of design support.
